CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of all customer relations matters at the Information Counter which include enquiries, complaints and announcements, etc;
  • Assisting and co ordinating promotional events in the complex e.g. event performances, lucky draw tickets, prizes, ticketing sales and phone card sales, etc;

Requirements:

  • Min GCE “N”/ “O” Level or NITEC certification
  • Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Overtime is required
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality with good phone etiquette
  • Possess effective communication skills and confidence in managing people
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts
  • Keen to learn and possess good working attitude
  • Only Singaporean or Singapore PRs need to apply
  • Preference will be given to those who are bilingual
  • Able to commence immediately is an advantage
