1. The Lucky Draw and Top Spenders' Draw is organised by Alprop Pte. Ltd. (West Mall) (UEN 199408282C), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and having its registered office at 50 Raffles Place, #21-01/06, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 (the "Organiser"), and subjected to these terms and conditions.
2. The winners for the Lucky Draw and Top Spenders' Draw will be drawn on 2 May 2024 via random computerised draw an will be notified within 7 days after the draw date via email, including on West Mall's website and social media on 8 May 2024.
3. The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items of equal value.
4. Unclaimed prize(s) will be passed on to the next reserve winner and prizes that are not claimed within the stipulated date will be forfeited. 
5. West Mall will not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate and reserves the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel the Lucky Draw and Top Spenders' Draw, and to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the participants. 
6. Employees of Alprop Pte Ltd and Retailing in West Mall and any other parties involving in organising, promoting or conducting the Lucky Draw and Top Spenders' Draw are not eligible to participate. 
7. The decision of West Mall is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

• Purchased transactions not eligible for redemptions include sales from non-tenants atrium, pushcarts and kiosk vendors, money changer, cinema, claw machine operator, pawn shops, medical/dental clinics, purchase of carpark coupons, trade-ins, payment of bills, pre-paid cards and tenants vouchers.
• Redemptions are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts/vouchers/loyalty points at all participating retailers.
• Members and applicants consent and acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, used, disclosed and/or transferred by APL, its representatives, agents, contractors and/or service providers in accordance with APL's Privacy Policy.
